According to the portal Novinky.cz, Czech Republic in the European Union is on the 17th place on the highest GDP per capita.
The most economically developed country is still Luxembourg (GDP per capita, due to its high GDP and a small number of the population, was 263%). Bulgaria also was in last place out of 28 EU countries.
Czech GDP per capita over the last three years has been at the level of 81%.
Slovakia on the level of the economy follows the Czech Republic. Last year Slovakia took the place before Greece and remained on the same level with Portugal.
